2012 X-games Gold medalist Mike Brown show up to race the inaugural Angola Bike Rodeo where he started off grabbing the hole shot and never looked back. 2012 LACC champion Forrest Smith kept him honest for more than half the race till Brown pulled a lead at the end. Jason Harvey put in strong ride finishing 3rd overall for the day. Hutton Woods road great, despite loosing his shifter during the race he still managed to pull off a fourth overall. Michael Williams put in a solid ride finishing fifth overall. In XC2 Class John Beauchamp grabbed the hole shot. Clint Woods moved into the lead and checked out with Brad Warren finishing a strong second and Jason Reine having a hard time of not staying off the ground rounding out the top three. |

Pit Bike Race We had a total of 22 pit bikes it was the most ever in LACC history. They raced on the peewee course which was about a half a mile long with nice rolling hills with some cool little jumps. Braeden Van Way grabbed the hole shot with Dillon Van Way moving into the lead and leading more than half the race. Forrest Smith put in a mid race charge to pass for the lead and take the win. |
George White We had 12 UTV riders take on Angola. George White lead most of the whole race till he broke a belt handing the lead over to Dillon Van Way who finished first and Gregory Corkern finished in a strong second with Braeden Van Way not for behind in third. Joe Hall finished fourth with Justin George rounding out the top five. |
