LACC staff would like to start off by thanking Kelly Crenshaw for allowing us to race on his property and all the work he put into cutting the trails. I would also like to thank David Shaw, Clint Woods, Robbie Wallis, Blue Young, Greg Bryant,

Ethan Bryant, Tristan Bryant and everyone else who made this trail possible, these certain people spent a lot of there free time  helping cut that amazing trail. We received a little rain Saturday night which made ground conditions for the main event close to perfect. We had another great turnout and everyone loved the new trails.

Jason Harvey (MTA, Dunlop, Acerbis, Rekluse, Xbrand Goggles, Tubliss, Cycle Gear, Raceworks and most important my wife for her continuous support) moved into the lead in the second turn and checked out, leading every lap to the checkers. Daltyn Kennedy (Transmissions inc, New talent Generation, Smith, Alias, Dad, Mom and John Moeller) came from the second row in XC2 passing up to 2nd overall for the first time in his LACC career. Dakotah Smith went back and forth with Lucas Comeaux (Viator Performance/KTM, Sidi, Enduro Engineering, Evangeline Specialties, Xbrand goggles)  for 3rd overall for more than half the race. Dakotah took the optional log jump to make the pass on Lucas for 3rd Overall, with Lucas taking 4th overall. Dalton Little (FMF, Cycra) stayed strong the whole race finishing a solid fifth overall.

Top 3 Overall

Congratulations to Noah Shaw for taking his first win of 2013 in kids vet. It was a great race, Haven Alford who has been undefeated all year long moved into the lead quick after Max Curie grabbed the hole shot. Haven made a minor mistake  and went down leading the first lap, allowing Noah to take the lead. Noah put in a solid race making no mistakes and taking the win. Haven finished a strong 2nd with Max making the podium in 3rd.

Austin Bradford 1st PEEWEE
Austin Bradford, Cameron Herman and Coty Woods battled for most of the race. Cameron lead the whole race until the last turn, when he got stuck behind a lapper and Austin made a great line choice to make the pass at the scoring tent for the win.  Coty Woods took 3rd right behind them.

Pete Comeaux 1st Beginner PEEWEE
Pete has been on a roll making it three in a row this weekend. Lincoln Woods has been staying strong in 2nd. Jack Comeaux moved up to a KTM and has been looking great taking 3rd, it wont be long before he's on his brothers back tire.

Braeden Van Way (Pitbike Race)
Braeden took the holeshot and checked out. The Bryant boys Ethan and Tristan battled for second and third, until Ethan got a flat and pulled over for Tristan.  Allowing Tristan to take 2nd and Ethan to take 3rd.

Jessica Delee 1st women
Jenna Ford grabbed the holeshot with Jessica Delee moving into the lead on the first lap. Jessica checked out and never looked back taking her first win of 2013. Jenna finished a solid 2nd with Carrie Breaux making the podium in 3rd.
Heather Woodward finished 4th with Mae O'Brien rounding out the top five.
